MiraLAX as laxative or lubricant

Whilst researching the difference between “polyethylene glycol” (found in J Lube) and “polyethylene oxide” (found in X lube), I discovered that “MiraLAX” (an asmodic laxative) is PEG without any added sugars.

This got me thinking, “would taking MiraLAX prior to a big clean out not only facilitate the process, but lube up your colon for play?

Also, has enough used this stuff for lube to see if it works better than J Lube?

PEG makes for a good laxative when you want to get things moving to facilitate a good clean out.  BE ADVISED, PEG is also used in the airline industry to de-ice planes prior to take in instances where ice may build up on the wings of the aircraft. If it is in Miralax, I would have to say it is safe to put inside your body, to keep build of things other than ice. LOL
