First published in 1991. A wide ranging set of instructions, ideas, concepts based on the fisting community of the time. Some of the info is a bit outdated, but generally offers fairly good advice. There's definitely a sense of the book's time period here, written in late 80's, in the wake of the AIDS epidemic.
